Broadly speaking, our methodology draws strength from some very basic elements of contextual, conceptual, logical, physical and adaptive processes.

 

 

  • Definition of the standard services required and the necessary time frame by the customer
  • Formulate an overall strategy and define the project scope against the client company's internal capabilities
  • Identify lead employees for the various project areas
  • Determine the communication interfaces to the other employees in the company, to the suppliers and the customers
  • Deciding about the price models for the outsource processes
  • Set up a control team which makes sure that the agreed transactions are being continuously improved
  • Formulate the agreements in written form in a Service Level Agreement
