Venkatesh Seshadri joined Momax as CEO with a clear vision to position Momax as a unique service provider in the Business Process, Knowledge Process Outsourcing market space. A 21-year veteran of the IT industry, Venkatesh has an impressive track record of success in building new business and is widely respected as an industry innovator. For the last 10 years, Venkatesh has served at a senior level in pan-European Management functions. Venkatesh brings in solid cross-industry, cross-cultural experience with successful line and management responsibilities and maintains an excellent relationship with leading vendors. He is responsible for leading the corporate investment activities including minority equity, acquisitions, divestitures and venture activities.
Venkatesh has a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering from the Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology, Allahabad , India , and a Post Graduate Management Diploma, from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, New Delhi . In his spare time, he enjoys golf, cooking and reading. |

| Jane Lawrie, Company Secretary |
| Jane Lawrie joined Momax as the Company Secretary bringing with her a sharp understanding of company policies. For a relatively young company, offering a unique service, Momax needed someone with a good grasp of corporate governance, control contests, company disclosures and an excellent head for numbers. Jane has incredible credentials in supporting various successes.
Jane has a Ph.D in Applied Mathematics from the Imperial College , London and is to date the only Mathematician recipient of the Armstrong Medal across all disciplines. Jane has regularly published in highly regarded journals and presented papers at various international conferences. In her spare time, she enjoys horse riding, walking the dogs, gardening and reading.
